If Hospitals Are Overwhelmed, Why Are Healthcare Professionals Doing Tik-Tok?

Why? I can get that not all hospitals are overwhelmed, and maybe some are, but still.
Or maybe I should expect that my nurses will be doing the Fortnite dance outside whilst I’m dying of COVID-19.
Or maybe these healthcare professionals just need to blow off steam.
Who knows? There seems to be a divide.
I’m not saying COVID-19 is a hoax, far from it, but if there are empty hospitals, then maybe those places with empty hospitals should maybe, you know, reopening a bit faster?
